Medication Governance is a vital safety component of any healthcare facility. Kate has over 25 years pharmacy experience in NSW Public Hospitals. She has spent the past 10 years as Chief Pharmacist where she was responsible for the Medication Management System and Medical Governance for the hospital. She has successfully chaired the Medication Safety Standard through three accreditation cycles and been on various clinical committees such as the Drug and Medication Safety Committee.
